Frequently Asked Questions

How does OfferReady work?
After purchase, you get instant access to our membership portal, where you’ll find a online intake form. When you're ready to make an offer, just complete the form and click submit.

Once submitted, you’ll receive a professional Offer to Purchase document via DocuSign—customized to your terms and ready for execution. Once signed, take your offer (along with any supporting documents, like a mortgage pre-approval letter) and submit it directly to the listing agent or seller.
Who is OfferReady for?
OfferReady is for the informed home buyer who wants to make their most competitive offer. Whether you're a first-time buyer who has done your homework or an experienced homeowner who prefers to move independently, OfferReady gives you the tools to act quickly and self-submit a professional offer that avoids commissions and increases your net offer to the seller.
Where is OfferReady available?
OfferReady is currently available in Massachusetts, with plans to expand to additional states across the U.S. soon.
Wait..Isn't the Seller Paying the Buyer's Agent?
Technically, yes. But that commission is built into the home’s purchase price—meaning you’re financing it as part of your mortgage.
  • You’re effectively borrowing to pay that 2.5–3% buyer’s agent fee.
  • You’ll pay interest on it for 15 to 30 years.
  • And it reduces the net proceeds a seller receives—weakening your offer in a competitive market.
OfferReady helps you skip that cost, strengthen your offer, and leave more money for your future home equity.
What if I need to revise my offer?
If you've made a one-time purchase, you’ll have full access to the OfferReady platform for 14 days. That means you can revise and resubmit your offer as many times as needed within that window—perfect for updating terms, adjusting price, or submitting a best and final.
Do I need other experts to complete my home purchase?
Yes. While OfferReady helps you submit a professional offer, you'll still need a few key experts to complete your purchase. If you're financing, you'll need a mortgage broker or lender to handle your loan. And regardless of how you're paying, we strongly recommend working with a real estate attorney to review and finalize the purchase & sale agreement and closing documents (depending on where you live this may be required). OfferReady fits right into this process—helping you move faster and more confidently from offer to closing.
